what i learn?

WHAT IS LEARNING STRATEGISE?

Learning is a knowledge got by what we have studied.
Strategy is a long-term plan or policy applied.

  • Oxford (1989) definition for language learning strategies

- "behaviours or actions which learners use to make language learning more successful, self directed and enjoyable.

- reflects to the learner's active contribution

- enhancing the effectiveness of his or her own learning

- learning strategies is more in to doing research on L2 on learners

  • The initial phase of strategy research focused primarily on what could be learned from the "good language learner," that is, what characteristics of a learner?
  • some learners are more successful than others in learning a second Language
  • cognitive and affective strategies that involved mental, processes rather than "behaviours or actions.
